Are your products made to order?

Yes — all DwellPaws products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means each item is made fresh when you place your order, reducing waste and ensuring quality.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes from S to 2XL across most products. Size guides are available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

How do I care for my clothing?

We recommend machine washing on a cold cycle (max 30°C), tumble drying on a low heat, and avoiding bleach. This helps preserve the print quality and fabric for longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

As our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus delivery time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

As all items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

What if my item is faulty or wrong?

Please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
